Return policy We at Nwabekee Health are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions: Return Window: •You can return most unopened items within 30 days of receiving them. •Some exceptions may apply. See "Non-Returnable Items" below. Condition: •Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, undamaged, and resalable. •Any tags or labels must still be attached. Initiating a Return: 1.To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at okereuc@gmail.com. 2.We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on returning your item. 3.Please securely pack your item(s) and include the RMA slip inside the package. Return Shipping: •You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. •We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your returned item(s). Refunds: •Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the return conditions, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within five business days. •Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. Exchanges: •Please follow the return instructions above if you want to exchange an item for a different size or colour. •Once we receive your returned item, we will process your exchange and ship the new item to you free of charge.
